Hot Springs is a very small area, but has great outdoor adventures! If you are in town, I highly recommend visiting Avant Crystal Mining and Wegner Phantom Quartz Mine because the people are fabulous and the experience of mining your own crystals is one-of-a-kind. I also recommend visiting Lake Catherine State Park!

Absolutely luv the historic area with bathhouse row and the Iconic Arlington Hotel!
Restaurants and shops for anything you would like. The mountains are just beautiful and add in all the fabulous lakes in area and you will find all sorts of activities to do. Just wonderful.
Oh and also don’t forget this area was the original home of baseballs spring training with much history not be seen here.

We loved using one of the bath houses.
We loved using one of the bath houses. We also like having a beer at the brewery inside Hot Springs national Park. We ate at Rolandos two times. Both times were excellent. We hiked to the waterfall at Lake Catherine and hiked to the tower inside the park. The old town is nice to stroll and look at shopping. We filled up a container with water from the springs at the free town water station. The bath tub races in June were a lot of fun. Nice area for a long weekend.
We enjoyed our stay and the location. Was our first trip to Hot Springs, AR. The B&B was located within walking distance of the downtown which we found wonderful. Judy (one of the owners) was very sweet and helpful. She provided directions and maps of the area with restaurants and directions which were spot on. The dinner and staff at the German restaurant were fabulous. The room was very nostalgic and comfortable The morning breakfast was on the dot and very, very good. We certainly enjoyed every bit. We will be returning to Hot Springs.
I was in town for a conference, and I was just looking for an inexpensive place to stay. If you need a modern hotel, this isn't it. But at least the floors were updated and the bed was comfortable. It is a short walk from a cold spring, and they even given you a small milk jug to take some of it with you. It is a short walk from bathhouse row (and a short drive to the convention center and Oaklawn). And it is less expensive than most of the hotels in Hot Springs, but you definitely get a nice stay. If need be, I'd stay again.
If you're coming to Hot Springs for horse racing at Oaklawn Park, this place can't be beat! Directly across the street from Oaklawn track and casino! Just walk across the crosswalk (and there's a light and traffic actually stops!) - no hassle with finding parking or battling traffic - and much cheaper than the Oaklawn Park hotel! This hotel is also a very convenient drive to downtown Hot Springs and all the tourist attractions. Also, the cafeteria style breakfast was fantastic and the serving staff were so friendly!
Great stay at the Arlington Hotel! It is definitely old, but that's all part of the charm. Don't go expecting a brand new facility with all the amenities, but if you're open minded and ready for a cool experience, at a great price, book it! It's centrally located right on the strip in Hot Springs, so you can't beat the location. Also, I had my dog with me, and they put me in a room really close to an outdoor path, which was great. Staff are friendly and helpful. Don't forget to check out the hot tub!
The views from the hotel were really nice, our window faced the national park. There was a trail head literally 100 ft from our room! The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was pretty loaded down for a free continental and the location was perfect for exploring bath house row and the national park's downtown areas. Super impressed with this affordable little gem, we actually booked a room on our trip back home when we came back through Hot Springs.
Such an amazing hotel in a historic building right in the middle of the downtown area of historic Hot Springs! I loved how they kept the original flooring and more in the beautiful old building, yet the rooms were fresh and modern. Very comfortable beds and great staff, would definitely stay there again!
There was no breakfast. But innkeeper tried to please us by upgrading our room as the first one shown wasn't up to our expectations. She gave us a very nice, clean upgraded room and we were very comfortable. The outside of the motel was not in good condition but rooms were nice.O
Place was clean. Bed were just ok. Shower was very small. Staff was friendly. Only problem was the Walls were very thin, the people in next room had a dog that barked at every noise and was loud in our room. People were easily heard talking outside and in adjoining rooms
The location of the hotel is great, you are very close to down town and have easy access to the shopping and most attractions Hot Springs has to offer. Just about everything is within walking distance.
Room was not clean or modern. No massage therapists there so we had to go somewhere else. Lobby bar was closed. Overall the hotel was understaffed and in disrepair.
Retro boutique hotel! I stayed in a 50's Western themed room! Loved it. Also, I walked to historic downtown Hot Springs, so no need to worry about parking!
Ii loved everything about the room and my stay but it was toocdark I didn't like the lighting could use brighter light bulbs because I like a lot of light
